I made this recipe on 1/7/18 for two events, " Down Home Comfort " and Alphabet Soup Recipe Tag ". A few changes were made, the onion was cooked with the ground beef while it was browning and a small amount of powdered garlic powder was added. And Fusilli was used instead of the egg noodles. After combining the noodles with the meat mixture, a " Quality Control Test " was done. Both my SO and I found it to be a bit on the bland side.So a small amount of Oregano was mixed into before baking. After plating ,a small amount of shredded cheddar was added to my portion( after all, cheese is always good). Thanks for taking the time to post this recipe, and " Keep Smiling :) "

This is a good start to a tasty casserole. We felt we had to add lots of spice to kick it up as it was too bland for us, that is just a personal choice. We like heat. Thanks for the recipe.

This is comfort food. I made a couple of changes-used ground turkey and added 1/2 cup shredded cheddar I needed to use up. Thanks for a keeper.

This was pretty good and super simple to make. Instead of transferring to a casserole dish for the last step, I just put everything back in the Dutch Oven and put that in the oven. One less dish to wash. We will tweak this recipe a bit as we found that there were far too many noodles OR not enough meat. Maybe 1 1/2 or 2 pounds would bring the proportions up. But all-in-all, this is a great recipe for new cooks. Thanks for posting!
