Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook bacon and onion over medium heat until bacon is crisp; drain. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stir in bacon mixture. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.

Step 2

Bake, uncovered, 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

I halved the recipe, and it turned out fine. Love all the ingredients in this! I did drain all the grease out of the diced bacon and onions before adding to the rest of the ingredients. Made for a very hearty, delicious breakfast. Thanks for sharing! Made for FYC tag game.
