"Amazingly delicious pork tenderloin or roast and sooooo easy to make!...the mayonnaise melts into the soup mix while roasting and makes a delicious crust that holds in all the pork juice. This can also be used for one large pork loin roast or thicker cut pork chops, my pic is with a small pork loin roast, make sure to increase the time for the larger roast and reducing for the chops.. you will LOVE this!"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

Step 2

Pat tenderloins dry with a paper towels then place into baking dish.

Step 3

Coat both loins evenly with the mayonnaise about 1/8 of an inch thick around entire loin (you may not use the whole jar of mayonnaise it will depend on the size of your tenderloins).

Step 4

Empty the envelopes of soup mix in a bowl and combine with garlic powder, then transfer to a flat surface; using a back of a spoon or rolling pin crush up the soup mix as best you can. Evenly sprinkle on top of mayonnaise around entire outside of both loins (At this point you can refrigerate the tenderloins until ready to cook them).

Step 5

Bake uncovered for about 35 to 45 minutes or until internal temperature is about 160°F (since the meat continues to cook for about 10 minutes after I remove from oven before 160).

This recipe should never get less than 5 stars - easy, tasty, moist results - what more can you ask for? Cooking for two it was easy to cut this recipe back to a half loin. Looks attractive to serve and is very pleasing to your taste buds Thanks Kitten for another do again recipe

Just like the name says, amazing pork tenderloin! I placed my onion soup mix in a resealable bag in order to crush the onion soup mix, which also kept the mess to a minimum. I then coated the tenderloin with mayo on a piece of parchment paper and rolled it in the onion soup mix. It certainly turned out moist and tasty! Thanks for posting! Made for Alphabet Soup tag! :D
