This is GOOD! We had this as a dipping sauce for fish, but can see how it is a great condiment for a sandwich spread, chicken, etc. I used lime juice instead of lemon because I had an abundance of limes and therefore wanted to use it up. I also loved the herbs in it, especially the tarragon. Thank you ImPat for a wonderful keeper.
