Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cut stew beef into bite size pieces, set aside In a small bowl combine dry mustard, adobo seasoning , cornstarch salt and pepper; add beef and coat well.

Step 2

Veggie spray a frypan, add meat mixture to frypan making sure to get all of the seasoning / thinckening mix into the pan.

Step 3

Brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Add beef broth to frypan,stir to mix and deglaze pan, bring to a heavy simmer, decrease heat to slow simmer; simmer for one hour.

Step 5

Serve over mashed potatoes with veggies on the side.

Very tasty! We served over wide egg noodles instead of the potatoes, wanted something with less bulk. This will be made again for sure! Thanks for posting this Derf!
