Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cashews ... Add the cashews to a sheet pan lined with foil or parchment paper, for easy clean up. Then, roast the cashews in a 375 degree oven, middle shelf, for approximately 10 minutes until warm and lightly toasted.
Step 2
Butter Sauce ... Add the butter, rosemary, cayenne, and salt to a small bowl or measuring cup; and, microwave 1-2 minutes on medium heat until melted.
Step 3
Finish and Serve ... Add the cashews and butter sauce to a bowl and toss to coat. Serve immediately. TIP: Roast the cashews ahead of time. Then, heat up the butter sauce and toss. Just as good; perfect for Sunday sports, card/game night, parties and entertaining. ENJOY!
Step 4
Note: I have also used a mix of cashews and peanuts; or almonds would also be very nice. And, I have used a mix of thyme and rosemary which was also very good.
