Hi your dinner looks great Don. We had a kale mix green salad with roasted beets and peaches. Topped with goat cheese and a balsamic glaze. Since we were not really hungry since we all had a big brunch it was fend for yourself with the leftovers in the fridge.

Hi Nadine, sounds very nice but the kale, beets and peaches combination intrigues and topped with balsamic glaze --- sweet/savoury --- have tohave closer look at this. have a great day. cheers

I had unexpected guests drop in so we ordered out, Swiss Chalet. A couple orders each, chicken, ribs and rotisserie beef. It was very good.

Had KFC. We're laying some new flooring in our dinette, so I was too tired to cook. Be glad when I get my table and chairs back in there.

Grilled steaks and baby potatoes, few beers and chocolate cake. I felt like a stuffed beached whale for hours after but that didn't stop me from having more cake before bed
