Last Night - All change and ended with a chinese takeaway ---
Noodles/Rice, a sweet and sour and beef with black bean sauce. cheers

Gooda Morning!

We had the left over Mexican Meatball Soup that I added some corn, carrots and other veggies to and finished it off with a squeeze of lime...to stretch it for another day. mmm mmm good! :D

Hi Luvcookn, Sounds even better than yestrday!! I often find with things like soups/casseroles/curries/chillies etc, second day is better. Have a great day. cheers

We had stuffed peppers, parmesan orzo and a nice garden salad. So tonight it will be stuffed pepper soup, with some Italian bread.

Hi loveinretirement, Love stuffed peppers, whatever. Parmesan orzo sounds great -- never had it. -- must have a look! and finished with a fresh salad --- a meal fit for a queen. VVN cheers

Last night I made soup it was a fast soup because I am back at school. I made it with chopped ham and pasta and lots of other thing. family ate it up and they said the really like it. there was no recipe I just added things to pot and cooked it.

Omelette filled with ham, cheese, avocado, hash browns, and smothered in salsa. :D need to make quick meals only, after many hourrs of working who needs to spend time in the kitchen, my 3 days off are my time to cook :)

2 cans of sardines (shared with my cat) and crackers, avocado, rice cakes :| that was my early dinner :D 9pm a late dinner, :o cheese sandwich bag of chips :D
