to add a pic to a post in the forum you would first need to upload it to Photobucket...

You can also use fb if you set the post to public, otherwise, only people who can access your fb (friends) will see it and others see that dumb box about authorized access (happens all the time in recipe groups when people forget to change the setting on the post when they share)
