We're having Reuben sandwiches, but I'm coming up completely blank for what else to serve with it. Help!

If you can eat, you can make it!

I'm late; but, for next time ... I always serve potato salad, or, http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/creamy ... -soup-7781. Sometimes, I will serve a simple iceberg wedge w/tomatoes, onions, cucumber; and a simple vinaigrette vs a heavy blue cheese.

For lunch, I usually do chips and pickle.

Thanks all! Went with the coleslaw and Zurie's apple salad, perfect!

I was going to suggest cottage potatoes and sauteed apples. But maybe someone will read this for next time.
