Put it in an airtight container and add a marshmallow in with it. The moisture in the marshmallow will keep it soft.

I have a piece of terra cotta that I keep wet in the same container I keep the brown sugar and it works well.

I haven't tried it, but heard of the marshmellow trick. I just use a ziplock, but, really NO air in it. I will try the MM trick - cool.

Thanks everyone! I apologize for the delay in responding a lot has been happening lately. I will try the marshmellows. Living in East Texas we always have humidity!!!!! Right now it is raining constantly, not to complain because I know other regions are suffering.
