Chocolate Chip Cookie - ingredients matter!

Post by Chicagoland_Chef_du_Jour » Fri Aug 29, 2014 9:12 am

I thought this was a great article, complete with photos.

Clearly, ingredients and technique matter. i.e.. to chill or not to chill?

I'll also add to that, for a crispier texture add in 1 teaspoon cornstarch ;)

I don't bake ... well, I try not too.
However, very interesting and informative.

I do bake cookies now and then, really ... I do.
