Thank you so much for the birthday cupcakes Pia! I almost made cupcakes but didn't. Made your carrots last night...oh my word they are delicious! Hope you don't mind...but I used cranberries for the raisins (not really a raisin fan). All (3) of us loved the combinations of flavours! Will be posting review and photo after I get home from a fund raiser for the people who lost homes here.

I like dried fruits too Pia...just some better than others.

Yes my sister is with me now. I had to make an emergency trip to Kamloops to meet her. The day before she was phyically abused (with bruises) by her son. No matter how much we are burning right now...I had to get her away from him. She has been with me for 3 weeks now and is looking soooo much better and she is calming down. Went to the Women's Centre here and have set up councelling for her. Her care will be ongoing.
