Thanks everyone, for your kind thoughts and replies.
I am back home now. I was out of town at Dad's house for the week. I did some cooking there which was therapeutic, although bittersweet cooking in Mom's kitchen.

I copied some pictures while I was back at Dad's- I thought I would share this pic which is of me and Mom at Thanksgiving about ten years ago. We were in the kitchen, of course.
