I thought I heard about little dishes of beer and then the snails go after it and drown. I am not sure but you might have to add something to the beer.

No I heard that beer works but I can't fit a wee dish into the planters, I got snail/slug bait and it seems to keep them out of the planters - still all over the patio

sounds like a mess!
We just have little lizards which the cat brings in and stalks until someone feels sorry for the poor lizard. It's quite the game!

I'm having an "Iffie" with my oomputer. I may have to buy a new one. My problem is with my old brain having to go through learnining all the new programs will be VERY stressful
