Sorry, excuse me for this but, huh, food.com, upside down is a huge understatement, the worst mixed up mumble-jumble site ever!

SE
Kittencal or Carol was a member of Zaar - now food.com. She also had another site (not nearly as big as this; more of a forum); and, most of the members here originally from the now 'Food.com.' Now, hopefully Kitten will chime in; I hope I am not wrong in this. But, she developed this site.
Food.com is a mess in my opinion; but, I still have many recipes there. Unfortunately when it changed from zaar to food, it really went down hill; and, then the new format is even worse. I can hardly find any of my own recipes these days.

I found the ingredients here:
http://www.mastercook.com/app/Recipe/We ... Id=3992933
but for the directions, it links to cooking.com, which has shut down. Maybe you can figure the instructions out?
The ingredients are:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg
1 tablespoon water
1 cup plain panko breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon salt
4 (5-ounce) chicken cutlets, pounded thin
1/4 cup peanut or vegetable oil
For Gravy:
2 tablespoons butter
2 shallots, finely chopped
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup buttermilk
