Cranberry Sauce
This sauce can be made days ahead, covered with clingfilm, refrigerated then brought to room temperature or slightly heated before serving.
360g/12 oz fresh Cranberries
180ml/ 6fl oz Orange Juice
150g/ 5oz Brown Sugar
60g/ 2oz White Sugar
60ml/2 fl oz Rum
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a sauce pan and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally for some 15 to 20 minutes or so or until the liquid has reduced to consistency required;
Remove from heat.

I've made a similar sauce recipe using sour cherries and rum yours look quite good DQ I may just give yours a go soon.
