There is logging up here usually most of the year. It is commercial...for money. It is the fire crews that make the fire breaks. The good thing (that I found out yesterday) is that they are not falling trees...just taking out the trees that were felled before July 6th. However...they are still using big equipment to load...which can still spark a fire. Concerning.
Yes Pia...2 flipping helicopters!!!!! No wonder it is not being contained! The fire is headed right for the Reservation! Sure wish women were running this show!!!! There are water bombers at the ready and because they are too expensive to fly...they sit. All political and no thought to peoples lives. Heads are going to roll after this one.
