Tomato, Cabbage Soup

My daughter recently asked me to show her how to make my tomato and cabbage soup. This soup was something I just usually tossed together and never measured until she came over and we made it together. It is a hearty, warm your innards kinda soup we enjoy in the fall and winter. This soup freezes well so I like to freeze it in individual portions for quick work lunches.

Yep, another cabbage fan here. Looks wonderful. Cabbage makes such a nice hearty soup; but, also heath hearty too. Great for cold days ... IF we ever get them down here, lol.
