Fresh Salad & Balsamic Chicken Livers

This was a really tasty dinner. The touch of rice vinegar really dresses the salad, perks all the natural flavours up. I love balsamic and on the livers it is so good

Great dinner. I love rice wine vinegar too. I use the Nakano brand; and, I don't even need oil; just so good.
You know I don't like liver; but, those sure look good!

Thanks KC It is really hard to find chickken livers so I buy some when I see them. I heard that it was because the chicken livers were all being shipped to the Orient.
