Salad with Smoked Fish

I enjoyed a lovely salad using some of the smoked rainbow trout I recently made. Salads are such a great way to enjoy little bits of whatever is in the refrigerator.

I agree with that. I love a good salad. That would be dinner for me; but, I love it. And, your smoked salmon looks fantastic.
