BeetGreens Salad

I am getting quite wired to Kale. We are going into another heat wave - mid 30'sC so lots of salads coming up.
Served with a roasted red pepper, sliced tomatoes, sweet onion and chicken jalapeno sausage. Lovely dinner

Thanks KC I really enjoy it and I was not a fan of kale nor beet greens
