Liver & Onions

I even added some mushrooms. The liver was so tender and good. I love the touch of balsamic. It does give a specialflavour

I am drooling! I love liver and onions AND mushrooms, The SO doesn't so I don't get it often enough. I also grew up eating it, but was the only one out of the 4 kids who liked it. My mom and dad liked it though.

Oh, Bergy. I sure wish my husband liked liver, because I just love it! I even love sauted chicken livers over rice. But the only time I get liver is if we go out to eat, and find a restaurant that serves it. Not too many of those around.
Looks really delicious!

Shapes Chicken Liver With bacon is Mmmmmm

Mike I was a depression era (29's) baby and we even enjoyed pork liver (it was so cheap they nearly gave it away). To this day I don't mind pork liver. Danish liver pate is made from pork liver & I love that!

Loveretirement it is so difficult if one person doesn't like liver. You are right not many restaurants serve it. Out here the WhiteSpot chain serves fabulous liver

Looks great!
I love liver but I can usually only get it frozen and the quality is bad- not taste but the cut and texture. Not good solid pieces. Not like the liver I remember from back in the 1970's and earlier.
