Those are perfect eggs- I've tried that recipe. I've loved soft boils since I was a little kid.

I never was a fan of egg yolk, I prefer omelette or scramble. I would gag when my Dad made me wat it as a kid, lol. I will eat it if its served to me cooked that way now but prefer not to.

Those are all amazing pictures. I never really made them very often; probably because they just didn't turn out. Your eggs turn out perfect every time. I love that nice bright yellow yolk. They are just delicious.
