CameoCook's Crab Cakes

When I mixed this and formed the 3 cakes ( I just made 1/2 recipe) I wondered how this would ever turn out - well it did and super good. I baked them at 450 forabout 18 minutes. Golden on top and cooked underneath.
Served with some Thai chili sauce. Will definately make again

Thanks KC & Bea - These are really tasty. Next time instead of making one cake per serving I think I will make smaller ones.
