Flavored Water Recipes

I find I’m constantly forcing myself to drink plain ole’ water to keep myself hydrated so I decided to try different ways to make my water intake more interesting by flavoring it. These are all just posted so they probably won't show up until tomorrow.

Oh, those are such great pictures. I love flavored water. Mom .. not very creative back in the day; but, we did have mint and cucumber and lemon and orange. She also made watermelon which was really good. Oh, She would freeze cut strawberries and put them in water too. That was before fruit water became popular, lol.

Your waters look amazing!! Beautiful job.

Thx Kim, my favourite is the strawberry banana and DD prefers the cucumber mint :)

Thx Patti :) Flavored water is the rage here these past few years, they sell special jugs and glasses that has a compartment inside just to put whatever you flavor your water with in. They are usually filled with fruits and fresh herbs, tons of different combos.

Bea I hate plain water so I add just a drop of Mio I find I can tolorate the water better but your drinks look fantastic!!

funny I can drink a ton of just plain water after exercising but just sitting and drinking water... no way! but if I mix Mio in and ice cubes I can just sit and sip it lol! it's good tasting :)
