Gerry's Salmon Sauce

I made a few batches of this to serve with smoked salmon. I ran out of lemons so 1 batch was made with bottled lemon juice. The batches made with fresh squeezed lemon juice were fantastic, I could eat this with a spoon it was that good. The 1 batch made with bottled lemon juice was good but did not compare to the batches with freshly squeezed lemon juice so I highly recommend using the fresh stuff. I had what was left to dip fresh strawberries in and oh yum!!

Yes an amazing photo Bergy, Bea has done a great job capturing a true to life photo of a white sauce as she has done in this photo.! :)
