Thx ladies, I just put an old stump in my mint and snapped away. I have so much mint I am looking for different ways to use it up

I keep my mint confned to a pot planted in the ground to stop it from getting too bid. This pot is still there but this year I uprooted all my herbs and have them in two pots, except the mint. Three & three. I have sage, parsley & oregano in one pot and chives, rosemary & thyme in another. I have them on my patio and can water & pluck them without worrying about falling ( I am getting a bit long in the tooth).

I was thinking of putting some of the mint in a pot for home, it goes like crazy if not in a pot. I have a big area that has been taken over by mint, lol. The rest of my herbs are in a box in front of my vegetable garden, i have thyme, marjoram, oregano, lavender and parsley in there. I cant grow rpsemary, it keeps dying on my me I buy it as needed
