Cookout Leftovers
We went to a cookout that my SO's DS#2 had on 6/21 to celebrate
Father's Day. And I was lucky enough to bring home some
leftovers of hot dogs and stuffed peppers. So you know I was really
happy about that.
I took the dogs and some homemade M & C,this was the result.

Then used some of the Stuffed Pepper and a Mexican cheese blend
to make an omelet.

Ditto, nice job. I would enjoy both as well; especially that omelette!!
