Sorry I have not posted here much lately. Back and forth to the coast and life happens. Bergy's Baked Spicy Scallops are a breeze to make and full of flavour. Wish I could have made them with fresh scallops!! DH is waiting for these again! Not a great pic...but it sure was gooda! Served this over a lemon pasta and salad.

I thought it looked too yellow...as it was taken under artificial light.

I love the photo & am glad that you enjoyed the scallops..Look forward to seeing it on the recipe. When I make something like this I wish I lived back on the coast and could go to Granville Island Market and get fresh fresh fresh
