Smoked Mackeral & Baby Bok Choy

Post by Bergy » Sat May 23, 2015 10:37 am

Two new recipes The mackeral was poached in milk - delish. Simple but makes a difference. The Baby Bok Choy just heated through with mushrooms added and Tuscan Olive oil dressing drizzled over Mmm

I catch it often. It is very oily and can be strong. I remove the blood line; then like to smoke it. Really is good. I haven't done any in the last year; but, will have too. Tasty fish.
Great looking dinner!

Looks really yummy Bergy! I have never eaten mackerel but I imagine it would be delightful smoked.
