Individual Potato - Cheddar Gems

These little gems are so tasty and low in calories. It is a Kraft recipe and they set them at 130 calories for two - Zazz has them at 140. I used the large muffin tin so one would be a serving. The larger sizetakes 45 minutes

That roasted garlic on the plate looks awesome also!

Thanks Lee - I found 6 heads of roasted garlic in my freezer and boy are we ever enjoying them. We each ate a whole head with our dinners - roasted garlic is so good!
