Chelnam's Baked Omelette

I make this egg dish quite a bit. Its easy and you can add literally anything you desire and its delicious. I added cooked sausage to it this time with bell peppers. Yum, Yum!

Thanks guys, this is such a super recipe. Quick, easy and as I said, you can add anything to the eggs and it will be delicious. I often add ham, sausage or bacon.

OMG, now I am in heaven. That looks amazing. I love both, but that last pic is stunning. What a great dinner!
