The family really enjoyed both these recipe's. Everyone absolutely loved both!

Tisme Lovely lovely photos. The coleslaw actually talked to me. Just beautiful. Great colour and so crisp. Very neat seeing you post here. Hope we see you more often

The cole slaw is a gorgeous pic! Very nice! I like it doesn't use mayo, thinking about summer picnics.

The risotto looks wonderful! Nice and creamy. You sold that recipe too!

Thanks everyone, these were such good recipes, and even without mayo (and believe me ..... I was a bit suspect about not using mayo), this was a brilliant recipe.
DS and this is in his word's "is not a risotto fan", but again in his words "won't complain if I make this again fairly soon"....."like tomorrow or the next day". :lol:
