OH YUM!!! This is a great way to enjoy Iceberg lettuce. The dressing drips into the frozen lettuce crevices and makes for a great tasting side salad. This will be made often here.

What a fab picture. Love it. Shadows bleu cheese would be great ... it isn't my favorite; but, it would be delicious. I think pretty much anything sounds good.

You know, iceberg is blander in flavor; but, it does have that nice crisp texture. As much as I love romaine, bibb, arugula, red leaf however; there is something about that nice crispness of the iceberg. A crisp wedge with all those nooks and cranies for the dressing to seep in to.
Dis, I with you on romaine primarily; however, you as QB said, will really like this. It's a nice salad change.
