Bergy's Frozen Iceberg Lettuce Salad

OH YUM!!! This is a great way to enjoy Iceberg lettuce. The dressing drips into the frozen lettuce crevices and makes for a great tasting side salad. This will be made often here.

Gorgeous photos Bea. I am so pleased that you tried it and love it! Isn't it super? So easy and such a suprise. I love to serve it to guests first time :D :D :D :D :D

I love lettuce served this way, I use blue cheese dressing on mine.

What a fab picture. Love it. Shadows bleu cheese would be great ... it isn't my favorite; but, it would be delicious. I think pretty much anything sounds good.

Looks wonderful! Thanks for reminding me that I want to try this method. I usually buy romaine, but iceberg is now on the shopping list! Very pretty pics Bea!

You know, iceberg is blander in flavor; but, it does have that nice crisp texture. As much as I love romaine, bibb, arugula, red leaf however; there is something about that nice crispness of the iceberg. A crisp wedge with all those nooks and cranies for the dressing to seep in to.

Dis, I with you on romaine primarily; however, you as QB said, will really like this. It's a nice salad change.
