I have been going through a lot of my old recipes recently and adding them here. I made this one yesterday for old times sake and added the photo this morning. This is one I had often when I first went out on my own because it was so cheap to make, I would get four servings for next to nothing.

Love the look and sound of this recipe - saved it for sure. All the photos are lovely but #3 really snagged me.

This does look like a really nice meal. I checked recipe, and I would use cubed hash browns and I bet that would work just fine. Really nice pics!
