I didn't add mint to the fish; because I was out; and, my zucchini, I added some bread crumbs, which is not in the original recipe.
But, I really change it up every time I make it. It is basically a clean out the veggie drawer.

Thx, the fish got hidden a bit with the salsa; but, it was good. Even though there was some breading in the zucchini; overall, it was a healthy light dinner!
