Halibut Fish Burger

This was lovely and a change from my regular burgers. You don't have to use halibut - any firm white fish will work. Cod would be a good sub. The tartar sauce was mixed with a bit of lime & coriander it was perfect on top along with cuke slices. (recipe just posted)
I sure didn't get any good photos just one of those nights.

I think it looks delicious; hard to get a good pick; but, sounds wonderful. I think I would need lettuce ... always need lettuce with mine; but, I love the cucumber in it. I bet it was delicious!

That looks very good Bergy! I love fish sandwiches, one of my favorites. Actually I would rather have that than a burger!

Thanks Dissie - Now I wouldn't go so far as to say that I would rather have it than a regular burger but I sure did enjoy it
