Looks delicious to me Bea - I like the colours. The shadows don't bother me ar all

The shadows enhance the photo, I would have focused a little more on the center stuffing to bring out the color a little more, otherwise nice photo and great looking roast.

Thx Lee, I should play with the focus more. I usually just have the camera set on auto focus, too lazy to play around, lol.
