Ground Beef and Mushroom Mashed Potato Bake

This is one of the first recipes I posted here but I never took the time to take a photo of it until now. DH requested it when I asked him what he wanted in his lunch. I just edited it with the photos so it won't show right away.

Almost looks like a Shephards Pie in a way.Sounds pretty tasty. I am fond of #3 but, like #4 the best.

Thx Kim, it is very similar to shepherd's pie but with a mushroomy flavouring.
