Thinking Outside The Box,Within The Box

I took a box of Stroganoff HH and instead of using ground beef,I used
leftover cooked chicken. Then garnished with diced tomato and green
onion for a bit of color and more flavor.

Then with the remainders, I added some leftover broccoli and a small amount
of milk. Poured into a casserole and topped with cheese. Baked
until cheese was lightly browned and bubbly

#1 photo sold me Shapes! Great use of a box and then with the left overs. I like the colours and arrangement in #1
