Spicy Date Night
DH requested hot and spicy this evening so I went the food route to satisfy his cravings
I made a favourite of his which I was surprised I never posted here, so here it is and made gluten free (he didn't notice the GF changes so that was nice)

I served them on a bun as per his request
With his favourite tartar sauce recipe of mine

We both enjoyed the good eats

That looks so good I am dying to see what it is. Looks like Chicken - right? It's not posted yet and from the link I can tell it is GF but not what it is. Lovely photos and the tartar sauce looks MMm too. I am amzed at how easy it is to make at home and not buy it. AnotherMMMMmm Bea dinner.

Fish of course ... right? A spicy cajun type of blend I am guessing. I could be wrong.
Your pics are stunning. It looks delicious. I would be a very happy gal if I had that.
Catfish is on sale this week; and, I got some nice hoagie rolls on sale ... Gee, this looks perfect.

Fish it is Kim. I marinate it in hot pickled pepper juices a bit of oil, oregano and garlic, then it is dredged in seasoned flour. Anyone who likes spicy food would enjoy this.Kchurchill5 wrote:Fish of course ... right? A spicy cajun type of blend I am guessing. I could be wrong.
