Buttered Baby Zucchini by lazyme

Here I go again - I followed the ingredients but prepared it differently .I couldn't find any nice small zukes so had to do with one too large to simply cut in half. The only way that I enjoy Zucchini is just heated through, still very crisp. So I sauteed the onions and garlic in the butter until the onions were golden. Cut the zucchini in 1/2" slices cut in half. Added them to the pan and stir fried them for about 4 minutes. Absolutely perfect and delicious.

I guess you have to like zuc's ( I would use cuc's ) but the photos are very nice, Bergy!
