Smothered Pork Chops
I did write this recipe up; but, need to double check a few ingredient amounts first. The recipe is on my other computer; so, should be posted tonight.
Smothered pork chops using a cream of celery soup, onions, leeks, garlic, wine, milk herbs, etc. Sauteed chops; and then added back to the sauce and baked until tender. Finished over a slice of rye or pumpernickel bread.
The cabbage, just red/green; sauteed in butter w/cider vinegar, pinch of sugar, and dijon. Very easy. And, my simple basic applesauce, skin on (natural).

Re: Smothered Pork Chops
Thx so much. I do love my cabbage too. NO garlic, NO spices, NO onions. Just a little butter, vinegar, and mustard for the most part. Easy Peasy!
