Chili

Every time I make it, it's a bit different. This time I added pickled and fresh jalapeno. Also, added a bit of cocoa powder; and, I used a coarse ground beef, which I really love.

Thx B, appreciate it. I usually put my scallions, jalapenos, and sometimes olives on it; but the 2 I put in the chili. Dumb, lol.
But, I have to have my cheese and sour cream.

Last pic is real nice! The chili looks a little to watery for my taste and way to many beans.
Nice job Kim!

Shadows, that is always the debate. I understand.
Beans, a little or none vs beans
Ground beef vs chunks
and ... thinner vs thicker

I get it. I like a bit thinner; but, you would be surprised how thick it really is; but, I know what you mean. My friend loves it like a sloppy joe it seems; I like liquid, a bit more.
And, I love the beans; he loves triple meat, lol.

The big chili debate will never end,
But, thank you!! Always appreciate the comments

Thanks, thick or thin ... it is all good. Beans or not, same."
However one likes it is my goal. It's a mostly pantrry dish; just a few things added. I have to add my peppers. I LIKE my SPICE.

Kim, :-H
Looks like a great chili. :D
And as for the " bean,no bean " debate,
it's just a personal preference.

So right Shapes, it is all preference. Out of all my friends, only a few agree with me ... we all like different combinations.
