I am going to do something similar today with long beans but it's Thai- recipe from Kasma Loha-Unchit's cookbook "It Rains Fishes". Don't know if any of you have that book. It's very hard to find since it is out of print. I actually don't do very many cookbook recipes anymore. I wonder why? =)) =)) =))
I'll try this Szechuan recipe sometime but I already had this one planned so will stick to the Thai for today.

Sue Ichecked Alibris Books and the cookbook is not available there so it will be a hard one to find

The places that do have it price gouge since it is in high demand and stays that way. Should be worth abt 40 US but I see it for sale as much as 175 US online.
If you ever see it at a book sale at a good price, worth buying as you could always sell it on ebay for much more.
