My Dad would have drooled over this plate. That is one beautiful plate of liver and onions. I'm not a liver fan; but, you did a great job on the photo. Really pretty.

Boy, could I dig into that. My husband doesn't like liver, so the only time I get it is if we go to a restaurant that serves it. Good job.

Thanks! No gravy, Dissie since I am slimming. I had that with FT's dauphinoise potatoes (not much slimming there though) and baby zucchini which I couldn't find the teeny tiny zukes I occasionally see but it is a good easy recipe. We also liked the liver with a little Jamaican pickapeppa sauce, like a steak sauce.
And Bergy, did I sneak this one up on you? :lol:
