Spam Salad

O.K. I know some people don't like it and that's o.k.,but I
love it. I added a bit of this and a bit of that and it made
a very good sandwich spread.

WOW, Shapes, #1 won me right over!!!! I only buy Spam once a year, and that's to put in my winter emergency supply foods. I will, come spring, eat it....usually fried for breakfast and served with maple syrup, or for dinner sliced and fried with a slice of pineapple and pineapple syrup reduction just to clear out my "stash". It certainly is no bargain when it comes to meat purchase pricing!!! This gives me a great new way to try it!! ;) .....wonderful idea!!

#1 and #3 for me as well. I love #3 the best for some reason. A great looking sandwich. Do I eat it, NO. Sorry. Just something; but, it is in my hurricane kit. And, I do eat it at the end of every year. I usually make a hash with potatoes, cabbage, fried egg, etc..

I know, I'm just not the biggest fan. However ... your sandwiches look amazing. Just cuz I don't like it, doesn't mean that it doesnt taste amazing. Knowing you ... it was delicious!
