Greek Meatballs
I'm working on the recipe. I need to check ingredients and write it all down.
Beef, spinach, pimentos, feta, Greek season; and basic meatball ingredients. But, fresh bread crumbs ... will post when I get it written up.
The sauce ... I took one of my freezer bags of roasted peppers and tomatoes; simmered and pureed. And, I also added some red wine vinegar too.
The tomatoes and peppers were a mix; and the peppers, sweet and hot. I roasted them with garlic and herbs; then, froze.
It made a really nice sauce, a bit spicy which was nice.

Re: Greek Meatballs
My pic was supposed to be on the other plate, which was white ... with my pretty stuffed pepper. However, my friend was hungry and started to eat before I got the pic. Sorry. That is why I only take pics when it is just me.

I need the video of that dance before I'll post the recipe,
I'm working on it. I did actually write everything down; normally, I don't, . They did come out really good.
And, thank you.

Kim,
Some yummy looking meatballs.
And I certainly would pay to see Bergy
dancing like Zorba the Greek.

Yep, just got to go through my notes Shadows. Mixed 2 recipes; plus a little freelance too. I think the sauce was a big part of the flavor too.
Need to get it written down ... I did take notes for once.
