Baked Beans in Coffee

DD wanted me to make some of her favourite beans so I put this on this AM and they were ready just in time for when she came back from work. This is one of those toss together things but I took the time to write everything down so she can make them for herself next time ;)

Recipe saved, printed out and waiting for wife to go to store! This would be a good recipe for the top of the wood stove, let it slow cook for several days if they last that long! Sounds great Bea!

Beautiful photo Bea. I love baked beans and these look & sound perfect. Good old coffee. Mmm Burger & Beans sounds kind of delish

Great pic Bea! Gorgeous. I do have a question, is that 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard, or dry mustard powder?
